Anyway, on advice from Mum I have started drinking fennel tea (I thought I would hate it as I hate the taste of liquorice) but this brand is actually alright – and apparently the liquorice taste also quenches any sweet cravings – so double win

Chocopear cake by Marco Bianchi: my favorite!!

I can share with you my version of this fantastic cake, in English. 200 gr of whole weat, 100 gr of rice flour, 300 gr of dark chocolate (70% minimum cocoa), 500 ml soy milk, 1 bag of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 can of canned pears, 90 grams (or less, depending on your taste) of cane sugar
