I can share with you my version of this fantastic cake, in English. 200 gr of whole weat, 100 gr of rice flour, 300 gr of dark chocolate (70% minimum cocoa), 500 ml soy milk, 1 bag of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 can of canned pears, 90 grams (or less, depending on your taste) of cane sugar
